The Podlove Podcast Publisher plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'move_as_original_file' function in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.6. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
SolarWinds Web Help Desk was found to be susceptible to an unauthenticated AjaxProxy deserialization remote code execution vulnerability that, if exploited, would allow an attacker to run commands on the host machine. This vulnerability is a patch bypass of CVE-2024-28988, which in turn is a patch bypass of CVE-2024-28986.
Incorrect Privilege Assignment vulnerability in miniOrange miniorange otp verification miniorange-otp-verification allows Privilege Escalation. This issue affects miniorange otp verification: from n/a through 5.5.7.
Zammad versions 6.3.0 to 6.5.4 are vulnerable a session hijack vulnerability that leads to remote code execution as the zammad user. The bug is also present in version 7.0.0 to version 7.1.2, but not exploitable due to changes in the underlying framework.
named in ISC BIND 9.x before 9.9.7-P2 and 9.10.x before 9.10.2-P3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (REQUIRE assertion failure and daemon exit) via TKEY queries.
An unauthenticated remote attacker can craft a CORE protocol SESSION_REATTACH packet to steal an existing session and assume ongoing execution of the previously authenticated session. This issue affects Apache Artemis: from 2.50.0 through 2.56.0; Apache ActiveMQ Artemis: from 1.0.0 through 2.44.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.57.0, which fixes the issue.
The mod_copy module in ProFTPD 1.3.5 allows remote attackers to read and write to arbitrary files via the site cpfr and site cpto commands.
Strapi through 4.5.5 allows attackers (with access to the admin panel) to discover sensitive user details by exploiting the query filter. The attacker can filter users by columns that contain sensitive information and infer a value from API responses. If the attacker has super admin access, then this can be exploited to discover the password hash and password reset token of all users. If the attacker has admin panel access to an account with permission to access the username and email of API use
Deserialization of untrusted data in python in pyfory versions 0.12.0 through 0.12.2, or the legacy pyfury versions from 0.1.0 through 0.10.3: allows arbitrary code execution. An application is vulnerable if it reads pyfory serialized data from untrusted sources. An attacker can craft a data stream that selects pickle-fallback serializer during deserialization, leading to the execution of `pickle.loads`, which is vulnerable to remote code execution. Users are recommended to upgrade to pyfory ve
Spring Framework, versions 5.0 prior to 5.0.5 and versions 4.3 prior to 4.3.15 and older unsupported versions, allow applications to expose STOMP over WebSocket endpoints with a simple, in-memory STOMP broker through the spring-messaging module. A malicious user (or attacker) can craft a message to the broker that can lead to a remote code execution attack.
A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind, versions before 2.6.7.1, 2.7.9.1 and 2.8.9, which could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper.
In Apache Log4j 2.x before 2.8.2, when using the TCP socket server or UDP socket server to receive serialized log events from another application, a specially crafted binary payload can be sent that, when deserialized, can execute arbitrary code.
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.0.0 through 2.9.10.2 lacks certain xbean-reflect/JNDI blocking, as demonstrated by org.apache.xbean.propertyeditor.JndiConverter.
A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind before 2.9.10. It is related to com.zaxxer.hikari.HikariConfig.
Python Software Foundation Python (CPython) version 2.7 contains a CWE-77: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in a Command ('Command Injection') vulnerability in shutil module (make_archive function) that can result in Denial of service, Information gain via injection of arbitrary files on the system or entire drive. This attack appear to be exploitable via Passage of unfiltered user input to the function. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in after commit add531a1e55b0a
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.4 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to br.com.anteros.dbcp.AnterosDBCPConfig (aka anteros-core).
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.2 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code due to improper neutralization of special elements used in an OS command.
OpenMed before 1.5.2 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in the PII privacy-filter model loading path. The privacy-filter dispatcher used broad substring matching on the user-supplied model_name parameter, allowing a value such as attacker/foo-privacy-filter-bar to route through a path that loads Hugging Face models with trust_remote_code=True. An unauthenticated attacker can supply a malicious model repository containing custom Transformers code via auto_map in config.json or tokeniz
Python StateMachine versions 3.0.0 before 3.2.0 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying malicious SCXML documents containing crafted `<data expr="...">` attributes evaluated unsafely. The SCXMLProcessor passes attacker-controlled expression strings through a call chain ending in Python's built-in eval() without sandboxing, enabling arbitrary code execution in the context of the hosting process.
pac4j-jwt versions prior to 4.5.9, 5.7.9, and 6.3.3 contain an authentication bypass vulnerability in JwtAuthenticator when processing encrypted JWTs that allows remote attackers to forge authentication tokens. Attackers who possess the server's RSA public key can create a JWE-wrapped PlainJWT with arbitrary subject and role claims, bypassing signature verification to authenticate as any user including administrators.
