A low-privileged authenticated user may access restricted support information under specific conditions.
An authenticated user may write data outside the intended Docker cache path under specific remote-repository conditions.
Under specific self-hosted Helm configurations, generated TLS private keys may be retained in rendered manifests accessible to highly privileged local users.
In WhatsUp Gold versions released before 2026.0.2, an improper authorization vulnerability in the Scheduled Reports API allows any authenticated user to invoke restricted actions.
A content injection vulnerability was found in the ABRT post-create event handler scripts in libreport. The event script queries the systemd journal for log entries matching the crashed process and writes the results to files in the dump directory without sanitizing embedded control characters. A local user can inject arbitrary content into the journal output by embedding newline characters in syslog messages, controlling the content that root writes to dump directory files.
A maliciously crafted input, when processed by the Autodesk Installer IPC frame parser, may trigger improper validation of an input-specified position or offset, resulting in an out-of-range substring operation. A malicious actor may leverage this vulnerability to cause the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM service to terminate unexpectedly, resulting in a denial-of-service condition.
A flaw was found in dhcpcd's IPv6 Neighbor Discovery Router Advertisement processing. A specially crafted IPv6 Router Advertisement containing a zero-length Neighbor Discovery option can bypass validation during packet storage and later be reparsed without adequate validation, causing the parser to enter a non-advancing loop. Successful exploitation may result in excessive CPU consumption, leading to a denial of service.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommufd: Break the loop on failure in iommufd_fault_fops_read() On a copy_to_user() failure inside the inner list_for_each_entry, only the inner loop breaks; the outer while re-fetches the just-restored fault group and retries the failing copy_to_user() forever, spinning the reader at 100% CPU with fault->mutex held. Check rc after the inner loop and break the outer while as well.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: end fuse_req on io-uring cancel task work When io_uring delivers task work with tw.cancel set (PF_EXITING, PF_KTHREAD fallback, or percpu_ref_is_dying on the ring context), fuse_uring_send_in_task() takes the cancel branch, assigns -ECANCELED, and falls through to fuse_uring_send(). That path only flips the entry to FRRS_USERSPACE and completes the io_uring cmd; it never discharges the ring entry's owning reference
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix moving cancelled entry to ent_in_userspace list fuse_uring_cancel() moves entries that are available (these have no reqs attached) to the ent_in_userspace list. ent_list_request_expired() checks the first entry on ent_in_userspace and dereferences ent->fuse_req unconditionally, which will crash on a cancelled entry that was moved to this list. Fix this by freeing the entry and dropping queue_refs directly in f
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse-uring: fix EFAULT clobber in fuse_uring_commit copy_from_user() returns the number of bytes not copied as an unsigned residual on failure (1..sizeof(struct fuse_out_header)). fuse_uring_commit stores that residual in ssize_t err, sets req->out.h.error to -EFAULT, then jumps to out: with err still holding the positive residual. err = copy_from_user(&req->out.h, &ent->headers->in_out, sizeof(re
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fuse: avoid 32-bit prune notification count wrap FUSE_NOTIFY_PRUNE validates the nodeid payload length with: size - sizeof(outarg) != outarg.count * sizeof(u64) On 32-bit kernels, size_t is also 32 bits, so the daemon-controlled count multiplication can wrap. A prune notification with count 0x20000000 and no nodeid payload passes the check, enters the copy loop, and asks the device copy path to read nodeids that are not
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: igc: fix potential skb leak in igc_fpe_xmit_smd_frame() When igc_fpe_init_tx_descriptor() fails, no one takes care of an allocated skb, leaking it. [1] Use dev_kfree_skb_any() on failure. Tested on an I226 adapter with the following command, while injecting faults in igc_fpe_init_tx_descriptor() to trigger the error path. # ethtool --set-mm $DEV verify-enabled on tx-enabled on pmac-enabled on [1] unreferenced object 0xffff8
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: vgic: Free private_irqs when init fails after allocation Companion to commit 250f25367b58 ("KVM: arm64: Tear down vGIC on failed vCPU creation"), which added the missing kvm_vgic_vcpu_destroy() call to the kvm_share_hyp() failure path in kvm_arch_vcpu_create(). The kvm_vgic_vcpu_init() failure path immediately above it has the same shape and still needs the same cleanup. Call kvm_vgic_vcpu_destroy() when kvm_vgic_
Nokia Broadcast Message Center (BMC) before 13.1 allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to do OS command injection as root via shell metacharacters in the Log Scanner Search Pattern field.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: wwan: iosm: fix potential memory leaks in ipc_imem_init() The memory allocated in ipc_protocol_init() is not freed on the error paths that follow in ipc_imem_init(). Fix that by calling the corresponding release function ipc_protocol_deinit() in the error path.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/memory_hotplug: fix memory block reference leak on remove Patch series "mm: Fix memory block leaks and locking", v2. This series fixes two memory block device reference leaks and one locking issue around the per-memory_block hwpoison counter. This patch (of 2): remove_memory_blocks_and_altmaps() looks up each memory block with find_memory_block(), which acquires a reference to the memory block device. That reference is
