A NULL pointer dereference in the parse_meta function (src/httpd_daap.c) of owntone-server commit 334beb allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via sending a crafted DAAP request to the server.

We have identified a bug in Node.js error handling where "Maximum call stack size exceeded" errors become uncatchable when `async_hooks.createHook()` is enabled. Instead of reaching `process.on('uncaughtException')`, the process terminates, making the crash unrecoverable. Applications that rely on `AsyncLocalStorage` (v22, v20) or `async_hooks.createHook()` (v24, v22, v20) become vulnerable to denial-of-service crashes triggered by deep recursion under specific conditions.
A memory leak in Node.js’s OpenSSL integration occurs when converting `X.509` certificate fields to UTF-8 without freeing the allocated buffer. When applications call `socket.getPeerCertificate(true)`, each certificate field leaks memory, allowing remote clients to trigger steady memory growth through repeated TLS connections. Over time this can lead to resource exhaustion and denial of service.
NULL pointer dereference in the dacp_reply_playqueueedit_clear function in src/httpd_dacp.c in owntone-server through commit 6d604a1 (newer commit after version 28.12) allows remote attackers to cause a Denial of Service (crash).
NULL pointer dereference in the daap_reply_groups function in src/httpd_daap.c in owntone-server through commit 5e6f19a (newer commit after version 28.2) allows remote attackers to cause a Denial of Service.
NVIDIA Merlin Transformers4Rec for all platforms contains a vulnerability where an attacker could cause code injection. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, information disclosure, and data tampering.
NVIDIA Nsight Systems for Linux contains a vulnerability in the .run installer, where an attacker could cause an OS command injection by supplying a malicious string to the installation path. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to escalation of privileges, code execution, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure.
NVIDIA Nsight Visual Studio for Windows contains a vulnerability in Nsight Monitor where an attacker can execute arbitrary code with the same privileges as the NVIDIA Nsight Visual Studio Edition Monitor application. A successful exploit of this vulnerability may lead to escalation of privileges, code execution, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure.
NVIDIA Nsight Systems contains a vulnerability in the gfx_hotspot recipe, where an attacker could cause an OS command injection by supplying a malicious string to the process_nsys_rep_cli.py script if the script is invoked manually. A successful exploit of this vulnerability might lead to code execution, escalation of privileges, data tampering, denial of service, and information disclosure.
In tinyMQTT commit 6226ade15bd4f97be2d196352e64dd10937c1962 (2024-02-18), a memory leak occurs due to the broker's failure to validate or reject malformed UTF-8 strings in topic filters. An attacker can exploit this by sending repeated subscription requests with arbitrarily large or invalid filter payloads. Each request causes memory to be allocated for the malformed topic filter, but the broker does not free the associated memory, leading to unbounded heap growth and potential denial of service
IBM ApplinX 11.1 is vulnerable due to a privilege escalation vulnerability due to improper verification of JWT tokens. An attacker may be able to craft or modify a JSON web token in order to impersonate another user or to elevate their privileges.
IBM Concert 1.0.0 through 2.1.0 is vulnerable to malicious file upload by not validating the content of the file uploaded to the web interface.
The Nexter Extension – Site Enhancements Toolkit plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.6 via deserialization of untrusted input in the 'nxt_unserialize_replace' function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a P
The NotificationX – FOMO, Live Sales Notification, WooCommerce Sales Popup, GDPR, Social Proof, Announcement Banner & Floating Notification Bar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'nx-preview' POST parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.0. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping when processing preview data. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute wh
The Creator LMS – The LMS for Creators, Coaches, and Trainers plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data that can lead to privilege escalation due to a missing capability check in the get_items_permissions_check function in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.12. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor level access and above, to update arbitrary WordPress options.
IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for UNIX Container 6.3.0.0 through 6.3.0.6 Interim Fix 016, and 6.4.0.0 through 6.4.0.3 Interim Fix 019 IBM® Sterling Connect:Direct for UNIX contains hard-coded credentials, such as a password or cryptographic key, which it uses for its own inbound authentication, outbound communication to external components, or encryption of internal data.
IBM Licensing Operator incorrectly assigns privileges to security critical files which could allow a local root escalation inside a container running the IBM Licensing Operator image.
A security issue exists within ArmorStart® LT that can result in a denial-of-service condition. During execution of the Achilles EtherNet/IP and CIP grammar tests, the device reboots unexpectedly, causing the Link State Monitor to go down for several seconds.
