In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Send signals asynchronously if !preemptible BPF programs can execute in all kinds of contexts and when a program running in a non-preemptible context uses the bpf_send_signal() kfunc, it will cause issues because this kfunc can sleep. Change `irqs_disabled()` to `!preemptible()`.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vxlan: Fix uninit-value in vxlan_vnifilter_dump() KMSAN reported an uninit-value access in vxlan_vnifilter_dump() [1]. If the length of the netlink message payload is less than sizeof(struct tunnel_msg), vxlan_vnifilter_dump() accesses bytes beyond the message. This can lead to uninit-value access. In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netem: Update sch->q.qlen before qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog() qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog() notifies parent qdisc only if child qdisc becomes empty, therefore we need to reduce the backlog of the child qdisc before calling it. Otherwise it would miss the opportunity to call cops->qlen_notify(), in the case of DRR, it resulted in UAF since DRR uses ->qlen_notify() to maintain its active list.
