A flaw was found in Keycloak's Fine-Grained Admin Permissions (FGAPv2) feature. An administrator with limited client management permissions can exploit this vulnerability to assign any realm role, including highly privileged roles, to a client's scope mapping. This bypasses intended security controls, allowing the injected role to be projected into a user's authentication token when they access the modified client. This could lead to unauthorized privilege escalation within the Keycloak realm.
Memory safety bugs present in Firefox ESR 115.35, Firefox ESR 140.10 and Firefox 150. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 151, Firefox ESR 115.36, Firefox ESR 140.11, Thunderbird 151, and Thunderbird 140.11.
Memory safety bugs present in Firefox 150. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 151 and Thunderbird 151.
Use-after-free in the DOM: Bindings (WebIDL) component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 151, Firefox ESR 115.36, Firefox ESR 140.11, Thunderbird 151, and Thunderbird 140.11.
Sandbox escape in Firefox and Firefox Focus for Android. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 151.
Use-after-free in the JavaScript: WebAssembly component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.3.
JIT miscompilation in the JavaScript Engine: JIT component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.3.
Memory safety bugs present in Firefox 150.0.1. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.2 and Thunderbird 150.0.2.
A security vulnerability has been detected in libssh2 up to 1.11.1. The impacted element is the function userauth_password of the file src/userauth.c. Such manipulation of the argument username_len/password_len leads to integer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The name of the patch is 256d04b60d80bf1190e96b0ad1e91b2174d744b1. A patch should be applied to remediate this issue.
In PHP versions 8.2.* before 8.2.31, 8.3.* before 8.3.31, 8.4.* before 8.4.21, and 8.5.* before 8.5.6, the metaphone() function in ext/standard/metaphone.c uses a signed int variable to track the current position within the input string. If a string longer than 2,147,483,647 bytes is passed, a signed integer overflow occurs, resulting in undefined behavior. This can lead to an out-of-bounds read, causing a segmentation fault or access to unrelated memory, and may affect the availability of the P
A session fixation vulnerability was found in Keycloak's login-actions endpoints. An unauthenticated attacker could exploit this flaw by pre-creating an authentication session and tricking a victim into visiting a maliciously crafted link. By leveraging the /login-actions/restart endpoint—which processes session handles without adequate CSRF protection or cookie ownership validation—an attacker can reset the authentication flow state. This causes Single Sign-On (SSO) to authenticate the victim t
A flaw was found in Keycloak's URL validation logic during redirect operations. By crafting a malicious request, an attacker could bypass validation to redirect users to unauthorized URLs, potentially leading to the exposure of sensitive information within the domain or facilitating further attacks. This vulnerability specifically affects Keycloak clients configured with a wildcard (*) in the "Valid Redirect URIs" field and requires user interaction to be successfully exploited. The issue stems
Memory safety bugs present in Thunderbird 150.0.0. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.1 and Thunderbird 150.0.1.
Memory safety bugs present in Thunderbird ESR 140.10.0 and Thunderbird 150.0.0. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.1, Firefox ESR 140.10.1, Thunderbird 150.0.1, and Thunderbird 140.10.1.
Memory safety bugs present in Thunderbird ESR 140.10.0 and Thunderbird 150.0.0. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.1, Firefox ESR 140.10.1, Firefox ESR 115.35.1, Thunderbird 150.0.1, and Thunderbird 140.10.1.
Information disclosure due to incorrect boundary conditions in the Audio/Video component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150.0.1, Firefox ESR 140.10.1, Firefox ESR 115.35.1, Thunderbird 150.0.1, and Thunderbird 140.10.1.
A flaw was found in Keycloak. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can send a specially crafted XML input to the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) endpoint. This malicious input can cause high CPU usage and worker thread starvation, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) where the server becomes unavailable.
In PHP versions 8.4.* before 8.4.21 and 8.5.* before 8.5.6, DOMNode::C14N() method may process the XML data incorrectly, causing a circular linked list in the data structure representing the XML document. This may cause subsequent processing of the XML document to enter infinite loop, causing denial of service in the processing application.
In PHP versions 8.2.* before 8.2.31, 8.3.* before 8.3.31, 8.4.* before 8.4.21, and 8.5.* before 8.5.6, when a SOAP server has a typemap configured, the decoding process contains a mistake which checks the wrong variable in case of missing value element. This leads to dereferences a NULL pointer, causing a segmentation fault. This allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to crash the PHP SOAP server process, resulting in denial of service.
In Eclipse Open9J versions 0.21 to 0.58, a pre-authentication remote attacker can crash JITServer by sending a 32-byte crafted TCP message.
