Apache Airflow's secrets masker did not mask `var.json` Variable values whose value is a dict in the Rendered Templates UI — the dict value failed an `isinstance(str)` guard — so a secret stored as a JSON Variable and referenced in a template via `var.json` was displayed in cleartext to any user with access to that task's Rendered Templates view. Users are advised to upgrade to apache-airflow 3.3.1 or later, which masks nested Variable values regardless of type.
Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. Prior to 1.9.2, the JWT verifier in lemur/auth/service.py:130-137 used fetch_token_header to read header_data["alg"] from an unverified token and passed that attacker-controlled value to decode_with_multiple_secrets. PyJWT 2.x rejects alg=none with the configured key, so the flaw is a defense-in-depth gap rather than a direct authentication bypass in the shipped configuration. The unpinned algorithm can become exploitable after an asymmetric-signing migrat
Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. Prior to 1.9.2, lemur.users.service.update assigned a replacement password directly to users.password, while lemur/users/models.py registered User.hash_password only for the before_insert event. Because no before_update listener ran, administrator-initiated password changes through PUT /api/1/users/ were committed as plaintext. The affected user could no longer authenticate normally because bcrypt verification received an unhashed value. A database, backup
authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.6 and 2026.5.5, a diagnostic action on the LDAP Source API does not enforce the object-level read-authorization filter used by the rest of the API. Any party able to reach the API, including an unauthenticated client, can invoke the diagnostic action against a configured LDAP Source. The server then connects to the upstream directory using the source's configured bind credentials and returns a bounded set of directory entries. The re
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, a malicious unauthenticated P2P peer can answer Zebra's outbound getblocks or FindBlocks request with a small two-hash inventory and then serve a syntactically valid block whose coinbase height is far above the local chain tip. In zebrad/src/components/sync/downloads.rs, BlockDownloadVerifyError::AboveLookaheadHeightLimit originally carried only the block height and hash, so handle_block_response could not attribute the failure to t
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, a natural or attacker-influenced chain fork can leave stale Sapling and Orchard note-commitment subtree roots in Zebra state. In zebra-state/src/service/non_finalized_state/chain.rs, Chain::pop_tip removed a reverted tip block but did not remove subtree entries whose end_height belonged to that block, unlike the cleanup performed by pop_root. When the winning fork later finalized, the abandoned branch's stale subtree data could be w
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, one unauthenticated P2P peer can monopolize all 25 MAX_INBOUND_CONCURRENCY slots in Zebra's inbound mempool download and verification pipeline. In zebrad/src/components/mempool/downloads.rs, the bounded queue was shared globally without per-peer accounting, while peer identity was not carried through Gossip and FullQueue responses were mapped to Response::Nil instead of reaching overload disconnection handling. An attacker can adver
ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to 4.5.0, an attacker authenticated to an enabled Zebra RPC endpoint can terminate zebrad by supplying a getblocktemplate LongPollId containing multi-byte UTF-8 characters. In zebra-rpc/src/methods/types/long_poll.rs, LongPollId::from_str originally checked the input byte length and then sliced fixed byte ranges to parse encoded fields. A slice boundary can land inside a multi-byte character and trigger Rust's byte index is not a char boundar
ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration does not neutralize CRLF characters in values used by app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py to construct VAU inner HTTP requests. The build_inner_header function interpolates the uri, host, accept_type, content_type, content_length, USER_AGENT, and insurant_id values into request lines and headers, including x-useragent and x-insurantid. FUXA is a web-based Process Visualization (SCADA/HMI/Dashboard) software. Prior to 1.3.2, POST /api/scheduler and DELETE /api/scheduler in server/api/scheduler/index.js do not consistently enforce authJwt.haveAdminPermission for scheduler settings. An authenticated non-admin operator can create or alter deviceActions that invoke onSetValue or onRunScript, or delete schedules, gaining access to device-value changes and server-side project script execution normally reserved for administrators. Malcolm's upload-processing pipeline (scripts/safe-extract.py) enforces entry-count, nesting-depth, and total-uncompressed-byte limits when extracting container archives (zip/tar/rar/7z via libarchive), but those limits are not applied when the uploaded file is a single-stream compressed format (.gz, .bz2, .xz, .lzma, .lz) that isn't a .tar.*-style archive. Any authenticated user permitted to upload PCAP/log files can upload a small, highly compressible file (e.g. a gzip bomb) that decompresses
Malcolm's nginx Lua role-based access control (RBAC) layer decides whether an authenticated user may reach a role-restricted path (e.g. /htadmin, /auth, /admin_login, /arkime/api/esadmin, NetBox, upload endpoints) by pattern-matching the raw, percent-encoded request URI. Nginx itself, however, selects which location block actually serves the request using the percent-decoded, normalized URI. Because the RBAC check never percent-decodes its input, an authenticated low-privilege user can request a
The WP Compress – Instant Performance & Speed Optimization plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 7.10.09. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the (top-level template code) function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary WordPress options, including critical ones such as siteurl, home, active_plugins, template, and stylesheet, causing site outage or a full plugin and theme reset
The Slider Hero plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to second-order SQL Injection in versions up to, and including, 9.1.7 via the qcld_sliderhero_duplicate() function. Slide data (description, title, btn, btn2, image_link, custom, etc.) is stored safely via $wpdb->update() with %s placeholders in the qchero_save_image AJAX handler, but when an administrator triggers the 'heroduplicateslider' task, qcld_sliderhero_duplicate() re-reads every slide column and concatenates the raw values directly int
The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.10 and iPadOS 18.7.10. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected Safari crash.
