These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Outrightly platform and services (“Service”) operated by Outrightly (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to engage in illegal activity, transmit malware or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, or violate the rights of any third party.
The public CVE feed is available without an account. Pro features (stack monitoring, alerts) require a paid subscription.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@outrightly.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date via the billing portal in your account settings.
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the service did not function as described. Contact billing@outrightly.io to request a refund.
CVE intelligence is sourced from NVD, OSV, CISA KEV, GitHub Advisories, and other public security data sources. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, vulnerability data may be incomplete, delayed, or contain errors. Outrightly is a monitoring and alerting tool, not a substitute for professional security review.
We make no warranty that our CVE matching will detect all vulnerabilities affecting your stack. You are responsible for your own security posture and patching decisions.
The Outrightly platform, logo, and original content are owned by Outrightly. CVE data is public domain or used under the terms of the respective data providers. You retain ownership of any data you provide (stack configurations, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outrightly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including security incidents that occur despite using our monitoring tools.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify Pro subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
